Who we are

Hi, my name is Tanner!

When I was a young boy, I always had an overactive imagination. I would constantly draw and create stories. I was inspired by the content I consumed as a child and dreamed about creating my own stories with fun original characters! Over time, I lost that creative spark, and I found myself becoming more depressed. Feeling like I was starting to lose things that made me myself, I began trying to blend into the world. To me it seemed like all hope was lost and I would never see my dreams revived. Until one day, I had an encounter with the divine that would set me on a path to rediscover who I was. In 2017, I started on my path to find myself again, and after a few years my passions started to return to me.

Tanner’s Tales Entertainment was formed in 2022 and started as a YouTube Channel. It was only the start of me finally remembering my dreams. I created skit videos with many fun characters and storylines. One of those characters was No.2 Pencil Man! After his creation, I started going to events and comic cons dressed as him to promote my channel, and that’s when many new doors started to open. By 2023, people were asking to have No.2 Pencil Man host events and panels. By 2024, I had many requests for a No.2 Pencil Man comic book. Things continued to line up and now I have an official business complete with my own published comic book!

No.2 Pencil Man is just the tip of the iceberg; I envision Tanner’s Tales Entertainment becoming like a new Disney, with many unique and fun characters and amazing stories! We are aiming to create an experience in entertainment unlike any ever seen before! We want to focus on content that anyone and everyone can enjoy. We will create content for family friendly audiences, as well as some for a more mature audience.

Our mission is to create a new entertainment experience that will awaken endless creativity in whoever consumes it. I hope that I can use that dream energy to help others rediscover their dreams as well! Along with these goals, we also hope to establish a platform that will allow others to showcase their created dreams in and for the world. While entertainment is our main focus, we go far beyond that into the never-ending expanding universe of creative dreams! You definitely don’t want to miss this!

We have also formed a group with many other creatives called the Dreamscape Empyrean with the goal of creating a platform for independent creators!
